Once in a state of anxiety and stress, it almost seems inevitable to find oneself in a cascade of negative thinking and negative self analysis. Then the cycle repeats: feelings of stress/anxiety creates a string of other feelings such as powerlessness, frustration, anger, hopelessness, worthlessness, etc. which all leads to decreased productivity, decreased ability to handle oncoming situations as readily, decreased ability to think positive, and so forth.

We will always encounter stressful situations, however, we can train our minds to let go of the feelings of stress, anxiety, self sabotage, etc so that we can, with a clear mind, choose the next step and move forward.
